Farmville Baptist is located in the heart of downtown Farmville, at 132 North Main Street, between the County Courthouse and Pairet’s, and within walking distance from Longwood University, High Bridge Trail and Green Front Furniture.
Parking
While we have limited off-street parking right in front of the church on Main Street, we have plenty of parking behind the church building. You can access the church parking lot by East Third Street. There are also many open lots that are free to park at near the church and surrounding Main Street, a list of these lots can be found here.
Entrances to the Church
For Sunday morning worship, you may choose any of the entrances to the church. Most people who park on Main Street enter the sanctuary through the front steps. Those who park behind the church building enter in the back entrance.
If you enter from the back, go up a flight of steps and the sanctuary will be to your right.
We have two handicap-accessible entrances—one from Main Street that will take you to the sanctuary, and the other from the back parking lot that will take you into the Fellowship Hall.
Stair Lift
In addition to our handicapped accessible doors, we also have a stair lift that can assist an individual to access both the main Sanctuary and Church Office level and the lower Fellowship Hall and Preschool Department level from within the building.
